Dimitra is a dedicated and disciplined academic and consultant trainer with a proven track record in online and face-to-face teaching and consulting in industries such as mining, healthcare, and education. Additionally, she has provided consultancy services to the Department of Health in Australia and Yuxin Holdings (Australia’s largest gold producer) at the senior and operational levels in the area of human resource management and governance. Additionally, she has served as a human resources manager in a nonprofit organization.
She is a Senior Educational Consultant with experience in working with higher educational institutions. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor at the University of Adelaide, for in the MBA in Health Management. She has also gained extensive teaching experience in the Master of HRM and Graduate Certificate in HRM programs. Dimitra is a person that is about solving problems and not creating issues.
Dimitri is a driven professional with extensive experience in management, financial analysis, and accounting. He has owned his own firm in Athens, Greece, and has experience working in both government organizations, such as ministries, and private organizations. Dimitri has experience in managing stakeholder expectations and systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
Dimitri’s primary focus is on managing and ensuring that client expectations are met. Dimitri offers a wealth of experience in client service and customer relations in Australia. In Australia, Dimitri held the position of Senior Customer Service Officer at a small, boutique business. Dimitri believes in the value of consistent feedback. This makes a significant impact within an organizational setting.
