We’re excited to share that Orama has entered into a strategic partnership with Mahorat & Management, one of Uzbekistan’s leading organizations in the field of adult education and youth leadership. This collaboration brings together two purpose-driven teams united by a shared mission: to equip the next generation with the practical skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive in a fast-changing world.

Founded in 2015, Mahorat has established itself as a pioneer in the Uzbek educational landscape. With a strong focus on innovation, leadership, and global best practices, the organization offers a wide range of training programs in management, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and beyond. Their flagship initiative, the Young Leadership Program (YouLP), is a testament to their belief in hands-on, values-based learning that empowers young people to become agents of change in their communities.
At Orama, we’ve long believed that education, when delivered in a way that is relevant, flexible, and grounded in real-world needs, is one of the most powerful tools for development. That belief is at the heart of our collaboration with Mahorat.
Together, we are co-creating a new portfolio of micro-credential programs that provide targeted, modular training in key sectors – from ESG and digital transformation to health, governance, and social innovation.

Our joint efforts will focus on making high-quality education more accessible, particularly for young people and frontline professionals across Uzbekistan, Central Asia, and beyond. The micro-credentials will be designed for maximum flexibility, ensuring learners can gain new qualifications and competencies alongside their existing commitments. Whether someone is just starting out in their career or looking to upskill in a fast-moving sector, these programs will provide relevant, recognized, and practical pathways to growth.
This partnership reflects our shared commitment to inclusive, future-oriented education, the kind that unlocks individual potential and strengthens social and economic resilience.
We are proud to work alongside Mahorat, an organization that combines deep local knowledge with a truly international mindset. This collaboration marks just the beginning of a long-term journey focused on building bridges between education, employment, and empowerment.
Stay tuned for updates on our first joint programs, success stories from the field, and how together we’re helping shape the future.
One learner at a time.
